By accessing or using Shop Success Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Shop Success Hub is a coaching and education platform that helps independent Etsy sellers optimize their digital product stores. The Platform provides AI-powered tools for SEO optimization, listing quality scoring, product mockup creation, competitive pricing analysis, and store branding — alongside a structured video academy and 1-on-1 coaching program.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Each seller using our Platform owns and operates their own independent Etsy store. Shop Success Hub provides tools and education to support sellers but does not own, control, or operate any seller's Etsy shop. Sellers are solely responsible for their stores, listings, and compliance with Etsy's Terms of Use.
Access to the Platform requires a paid subscription. Pricing is listed on our website and may change with 30 days notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Content generated by the Platform (listing drafts, SEO suggestions, mockup images) is provided as optimization recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from errors, and you assume responsibility for any content you publish to Etsy or any other platform.
Our Platform integrates with the Etsy Open API v3 to provide optimization and management tools. By connecting your Etsy account, you authorize us to access your shop data within the scopes described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke this access at any time. We comply with Etsy's API Terms of Use and do not use the API to violate Etsy's policies.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the Platform; (c) resell access without authorization; (d) upload malicious content; or (e) violate any third-party terms of service, including Etsy's.
You retain ownership of content you create using the Platform. We retain ownership of the Platform itself, its design, code, and branding. AI-generated content is licensed to you for commercial use upon generation.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, store suspensions, or third-party disputes.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease but any content already exported remains yours.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
