1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (email, password), store optimization data you enter into the Platform (niche selections, listing content), and usage data (pages visited, features used).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the Platform; (b) deliver coaching and education services; (c) process payments; (d) provide customer support; and (e) monitor usage for security and abuse prevention.

3. Seller Data

Each seller's data is isolated and stored securely. We do not share one seller's data with any other seller or third party for marketing purposes. Each seller owns their store and all associated content.

4. AI Processing

Content generated through the Platform (listing drafts, SEO suggestions) may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate optimization recommendations. We do not send personally identifiable seller information to AI providers beyond what is necessary for content generation.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

6. Etsy Integration & API Data

When a seller connects their Etsy account through our Platform, we access their Etsy data via the Etsy Open API v3 with the following limited scopes:

• listings_r / listings_w — to read existing listings and create draft listings on the seller's behalf.
• shops_r / shops_w — to read shop information for optimization scoring and branding recommendations.
• transactions_r — to display sales performance data in the seller's personal dashboard.

We only access data necessary to provide our services. Etsy data is stored securely and is scoped to the individual seller's account. We never share a seller's Etsy data with other sellers or third parties.

Revoking access: Sellers can disconnect their Etsy account at any time from their dashboard settings or directly from Etsy's Connected Apps page at etsy.com/your/account/security/apps. Upon disconnection, we stop accessing their Etsy data and delete stored Etsy tokens within 24 hours.

7. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third-party services to provide our platform. Each service has its own privacy policy and we only share the minimum data required for each integration to function.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

9. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to: (a) access your data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data; and (e) withdraw consent for optional data processing. Contact us at support@shopsuccesshub.com to exercise these rights.

11. Children

The Platform is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
